Bournemouth Town Centre Churches Council Study Day

Bournemouth Town Centre Churches Council will be holding a Study Day, on Saturday 19th January, at Richmond Hill St. Andrew’s United Reformed Church, St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth. This is an all-day event, commencing at 10:30am, and finishing at 3:00pm.  The topic for discussion is, ‘ Money, Politics & Faith’.  The speakers will be Simon Mouatt (Southampton Solent University), Tarek el Diwany (discussing ‘Why are we all in debt?’  from a  Muslim point of view), and Professor Francis Davis (Blackfiriars Hall, Oxford). Admission is £5, and tea/coffee will be available.  Please bring your own lunch.

Stop press: Owing to the severe weather conditions currently being experienced in Bournemouth this event has been postponed. The Study Day will be rescheduled to a date later in the year.  The United Service scheduled for Sunday 20th January at 18:30 at the Church of the Sacred Heart has been postponed also.
